How We Build
Planning & Pre-construction
Sage Point puts as much emphasis on the beginning of a build as the construction itself. Before the work starts, we want to understand what the project needs to accomplish and establish the roadmap for getting there. Scope, budget, and schedule are the keystones of that roadmap. When those pieces are understood and the direction is clear, the owner and project team have a much better framework for making decisions and accomplishing the goal.
Design & Coordination
Sage Point works closely with the owner and project team to understand the goals, priorities, and constraints of the project from the owner’s perspective. That includes working directly with architects, engineers, consultants, and key subcontractors to bring practical insight into design and construction decisions. By understanding how the project needs to function as a whole, Sage Point can help the team evaluate options, solve problems, and make decisions that are in the best interest of the project.
Construction & Execution
Once the direction is established, Sage Point rallies the project team, coordinates key trades, and mobilizes the work. We keep clients informed with regular progress updates and look-ahead forecasts so they know what is happening and what comes next. When conditions change or issues arise, we use experience and sound judgment to evaluate the options, provide direction, and keep the build moving toward the goal.
